As was ridden this past summer 2017 it starts as paved and ends as well maintained dirt road. Goes by many new developments which may eventually paved. Near Deering Ridge side a sign states that its private but nothing on the other side. No one questioned me riding through it though so sign may be referring to large summer camp near that end of the road.
