A really enjoyable ride on any kind of bike.

Rail Trail gravel through the Penn State Arboretum, Toftrees Golf Course, and then through a forest path which is easy to do on a gravel bike. After this, I'd usually ride down to Scotia Road gravel path via Meeks Lane.
